Payment

• We accept payment from credit and debit cards.

• We also accept payment over the phone, just call us on 023 8835812  

 

Shipping

•  Delivery within Ireland  €6

• Next day delivery to Ireland available at charge of €12.00. Just select express shipping  option in your cart- drop down menu/ shipping.

• Delivery To UK €15

• Delivery to rest of Europe €15

• Delivery outside of Europe and the Uk  €15

• Cost does not include any custom charges which may be incurred.

• All deliveries are made via An Post

• Click and collect.. order online and your order will be ready for collection in our store the next day.

Returns

We  offer a 14 day returns policy.

Just send back the item back to us, with receipt/packing slip, and we will process your refund asap (less delivery charge).

1. Items must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase

2. Items must be in original condition no tags removed.

3. Please state reason for return

4. If you request an exchange please clearly state this and we will contact you to pay for post & packaging  of the replacement item

5. The responsibly of the goods is with the customer until we receive it back

6. Gooseberry does not cover the cost of returning the goods

7. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method

8. We will issue refund within 2 days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by the bank

9. If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

10. If you have been delivered the wrong item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

11. Items bought online can be returned to our Clonakilty store for a refund with proof of purchase.

12. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations

Store policy

1. Please note our online returns policy applies only to online purchases. Any purchases made in store at 4 Ashe street, Clonakilty will be covered by our separate store policy.

2. We reserve the right to alter or amend products details if any inaccuracies or errors occur in the online product information, including price, product detail etc. This includes the right to cancel and refund any order made for same product. This will not affect your statutory rights.

3. Out of Stock; Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
