As we are new to online shopping in our store we are slowly building our website . Since opening our doors after lockdown part 2 many people have pointed out that many of our items are not on our online store . This year has been a whirlwind to say the least . Keeping a small independent store up and running has been extremely trying, as all walks of life have been . So we have built a website.! For this year at least it is an add on to our bricks and mortar store . I now understand why stores have an assigned person to focus on their website . They are a lot of work and take many hours to grow.
Here In Gooseberry we still love the one to one of selling, of getting to know a persons likes and dislikes, guiding them through their choices and having a good old chat while they are in our store .
We are so grateful for all our new online customers from near and far . It is amazing that you can build a relationship with people without meeting them face to face .
So I guess what I am saying is bear with us as we build the business . Keep following what we do. Give us a like and a share on social media when you get a chance . Or better again come visit us in Clonakilty if you are ever down our direction
